Symptoms:
Only slow in certain parts of residence and sometimes completely losses connection.
Remedy:
1. WIFI Extender or Mesh network router system may be the answer. This is due to the coverage range of the router. With bigger residences it may not reach all areas.
2. Or it is because of where the router is placed…something could be blocking the signal. Relocate Router.
3. Contact PointeNet to submit a service request to discuss if a WIFI extender is right for you.
