Job Description


A detailed, customer-oriented individual with IT and customer service experience to assist our customers with their Internet service needs as well as provide support for field technicians.    


  • Full-time



  • $15/hr -$18hr



  • Paid Vacation

  • 401K

Qualification and Education: 

  • Some college or trade school

  • Troubleshoot internet service concerns using remote connection.

  • Answer phones and direct calls.

  • Process install requests and manage the technology customer manager databases deleting, adding, or editing profiles. 

  • Inform Business Manager of changes in billings.  

  • Configure equipment for installs.

  • Configure Routers for installs.

  • Manage and maintain website through Wix

  • Manage and maintain PointeNet Facebook page, informing of outages, restorations and other networkwide issues effecting quality of service.

  • Abilities:

  • Fast learner, good with people, outgoing.

  • Good salesmanship skills.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Microsoft Office

  • IT skills, preferred.
